I have taken my elderly parents with a complex medical history to numerous visits with Dr. Russo to manage their foot health (broken bones, diabetic foot, hammer toe). Dr. Ruffo has been very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process to myself and my parents.

I made an appointment for the following day on ZocDoc in a desperate plea for help with foot pain, (thought possible infection based on ongoing symptoms and pain), as a T1 Diabetic with Dr. Perl. Jan called me the same day and ensured Dr. Ruffo got the message. He called me on a Sunday evening, spoke with me as a new patient, and was truly not just a professional, but kind, and caring, knew his stuff inside and out! He even made sure to listen to all my symptoms, and suggest other possibilities. Then, I went ahead and prescribed an antibiotic in hopes I would be feeling better soon. While I live out in Eastern Suffolk County and just spoke with Dr. Ruffo over the phone, I honestly gave 5 stars because they all went, as a team, above and beyond to help a hurting soul. (No pun intended!) Great care and they would honestly be worth the drive out if not via telehealth!
